1. We schedule sessions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5:00p, 6:00p and 7:30p. If any of those choices does not display, it means someone has already booked that time slot.
2. Before you schedule, make absolutely sure your Adviser will be available at that time also.
3. After you submit your reservation, you will get an email confirmation. Please share it with your Adviser.
4. Unless you hear otherwise, the appointment date & time you selected and completed is now scheduled. You will get a follow up email, usually the day beforehand, with the Zoom meeting link.
5. We expect Scouts to submit their Request for Review, along with an emailed link to their document folder, and this appointment request NO LATER than 9:00pm on the Friday preceding the week in which they have requested their review3
